Membership And Personal Use

Membership is for the person who bought it. Your login is personal. Do not share your account, post members only content publicly, or let others use your access. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, and refunds are not given in that case.

Coaching And No Guarantee

One on one coaching is by application and subject to approval. Top Candidate provides preparation tools, education, and coaching, but cannot guarantee that any candidate will be hired, advance in a process, or pass any test. Fire service recruitment is competitive and every department sets its own process. Results depend on the candidate and on factors outside our control.

Information On The Site

We work to keep postings, requirements, dates and fees accurate, but departments change them often. Always confirm details with the hiring department or testing body before you rely on them. Nothing on this site is legal, medical or financial advice. Speak with your doctor before starting any physical training program.

Payments And Refunds

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Digital products are non refundable once delivered, and coaching changes follow our Privacy and Refund Policy.
