It is not uploaded to a server, and Top Candidate does not store a copy of your resume, cover letter, or portfolio anywhere. Once you close or refresh the page, that content is gone unless you saved it yourself.
The Story Bank Builder tool saves what you write to your browser's local storage on your own device only, it is not transmitted anywhere or synced to an account.
When you purchase a membership, the digital guide, or book a coaching session, we collect the contact and payment information needed to process that transaction and deliver the service, such as your name, email, and payment details handled securely through our payment processor. That information is used only to fulfill your order, communicate with you about it, and provide support, it is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you provide your email through a signup form, testimonial submission, or checkbox opt-in on this site, we may use it to send you ongoing updates, offers, and information about Top Candidate's services, in addition to any transactional emails tied to a purchase. We only send marketing email to people who've opted in, and every marketing email includes a working unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we won't sell or share your email with third parties.
Membership purchases, whether the monthly plan or the one-time full-access plan, are final once access is granted. Because membership unlocks digital content and tools immediately, we do not offer refunds on memberships. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time to stop future billing, cancellation does not refund the current billing period.
The digital recruitment guide is delivered instantly as a digital download and is non-refundable once purchased.
Coaching sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
